I finally learned how to Longboard! After David and I played a little racquetball and got attacked by bugs, we hit up the concrete for a good ol' boardin lesson. Just as I started to think I was a natural, I biffed it pretty bad. But this girl didn't give up, I jumped up and got right back on the board for some more. We are going to try again Thursday so I'll have some more photos up soon! :)

I finally found your blog!! ...you're quite the skatergirl (wow, i think i just quoted an avril lavigne song :D). i feel like i should call you 'miss elyse tony hawk lee now, cause you were quite the natural! and oh yes, what a great war wound but even more so, what amazing determination on the board!
