In this moment, I am happy
simply to be
today is my focus, tomorrow my hope
a dream is had
to the sun I look
the moonlit waters
in my head
I dip my feet in what might have been
it is never too late
nothing is lost
I make dreams reality
using only my thoughts
time is flying
wisdom is gained
the lessons I learn
friendships I attain
love will come, and sometimes go
my future is eternal
my faith forever will grow
